I have a mammoth blister on my left big toe! After doing 6.3 miles on Saturday I could only manage 4.9 yesterday, but only because I could feel pain in my toe…

Do you run? Can you help me prevent blisters? Thanks!

  1. Any wax/vaseline type stuff applied to the places you normally get blisters usually works for me. I’m planning to sign up for Paris 2012 as well! I hear there’s wine and cheese at mile 23.

    • Thanks for the advise, I’ll start putting Vaseline on my toes! You should just do it! It is the ‘easiest’ marathon in that it is quite a flat course and yes, wine a cheese to help you on πŸ™‚ still 26 miles though…
